As the result of the movement, the war of independence grew more and more furious.HISTORY AND USEFUL INFORMATION: HAN DYNASTY AND HAN CHINESEThe word Han dynasty was named by the conqueror, not Chinese. According to the history book, Han dynasty was originally a vassal of the West Cho(西楚) empire which was founded by Hang Woo(項羽) the Namman(southern strangers). When Hang Woo finished conquering of China, Han dynasty was named by the emperor and King Lyu Bang was crownd by the emepror.The word Han Chinese was derived from Han dynasty. Therefore, the word Han Chinese began to appear in China around 200 BC. It's not an ethnic group. It means Chinese are not Han. The word Han Chinese was created by the conqueror in 206 BC.
