We did this with our second child... we only taught her the basics, like eat, drink, diaper (for a diaper change), more sleep and so on. She knew most all of them before she could speak at all. She always told me what she wanted so babyhood was fairly nice for us. But my other two did not want anything to do with it. I think by the tme you have four you know what the want and it seems that pick up on that. Still it is so fun to see your baby "talking" before they can talk! Good luck to all!
