Deep Purple performing "Burn" live at California Jam April 6th 1974. Had to upload this clip cos I think it's so damn cool, the song, the long hair and flares, and most importantly Ritchie Blackmore's awsome guitarring, matter of fact they were all awsome!!! And to my opinion it's back in the day when music and fashion and hairdos were actually cool! Anyways During this period David Coverdale replaced Ian Gillan for a number of years and did a great job too.

Yeah, Coverdale sings the verses, and Glenn Hughes does the bridge.

You can't compare Led Zeppelin and Deep Purple, they are both legends of rock.
